Steel Art's most typical finishes for Bronze are mirror polish, brushed satin, and light/med/dark shades of oxidization. Several forms of patina are available, all achieved by hand at Steel Art. Protection from wear is offered through a variety of protective coatings suitable for either interior and exterior applications. Clear coats are available in matte, semi-gloss, gloss, or high gloss sheen levels. Discuss these options with your project manager.

Sizing Requirements for Non-illuminated fabrication 

  • Minimum Letter Height: 3″, Minimum Letter Depth: 0.375″

  • Maximum Letter Height: 36’’, Maximum Letter Depth: 6’’

Sizing Requirements for LED Illuminated fabrication

  • Minimum Letter Height: 4’’, Minimum Letter Depth: .5″

  • Maximum Letter Height: 36’’, Maximum Letter Depth: 6’’

Other Features

  • Fabricated letters are degreased to further remove any dust and/or residue.

  • Unused material waste is recycled and wash water is de-ionized and re-circulated.

  • All major Led brands, K-values and colors in stock.

  • UL Listed: In compliance with UL 48 Standards
