Available materials include:  stainless steel , perforated stainless steel , titanium coated stainless steel , aluminum , brass , bronze , copper , hot rolled steel and Corten. Finishes available include: light/med/dark shades of oxidization, brushed satin #4, mirror polish, titanium finishes – including,  NuGold™, NuBronze, NuCopper™, black hairline, acrylic polyurethane paint, lacquer, powder coating and numerous proprietary mechanical finishes.

Steel Art also offers a ValuFab™ line of Stainless steel fabricated letters and logos. These are available with blended edge technology and cost effective pricing.

Sizing Requirements for Non-illuminated fabrication 

  • Minimum Letter Height: 4″, Minimum Letter Depth: 0.5″

  • Maximum Letter Height 60’’, Maximum Letter Depth: 6’’

Sizing Requirements for LED Illuminated fabrication

  • Minimum Letter Height: 4.0″, Minimum Letter Depth: 1″

  • Maximum Letter Height 60’’, Maximum Letter Depth: 6’’

Other Features

  • Fabricated letters are degreased to further remove any dust and/or residue.

  • Unused material waste is recycled and wash water is de-ionized and re-circulated.

  • All major Led brands, K-values and colors in stock.

  • Fabricated stainless steel letters are passivated for exterior applications.

  • UL Listed: In compliance with UL 48 Standards
